We Offer Full- or Semi-Custom Aluminum Holding Furnaces

Our main business in the aluminum industry is the manufacture and sale of electric aluminum holding furnaces for cast article manufacturing lines. The electric horizontal immersion holding furnaces we manufacture are generally referred to as “under-heater furnaces,” which delivers clean molten metal coupled with superior energy-saving performance.
Our furnaces are a “board bath” type, in which LUMIBOARD is used as the material of the internal bath. We proactively use such lightweight insulation materials to create furnaces that achieve higher levels of energy savings, while also shortening seasoning times, resulting in a more eco-friendly design.

In addition to upper radiation type holding furnaces, we also welcome inquiries regarding other types of holding furnaces, castable specifications or other hybrid type of furnaces. Our company started sales of horizontal immersion holding furnaces in 1980 and have sold over 1000 units since then. Utilizing our experience and our commitment to “Always staying one step ahead,” we continue to develop new types of holding furnaces.

We also perform design, manufacturing and maintenance of die/bolster heating furnaces for extruded aluminum product manufacturing lines.
